Yes, in Payments (formerly known as Practice Management Bridge), the down arrow next to the username has changed to a gear icon to access settings.

I can’t find the Transaction Reports, where did it go?
Transaction Reports have been relabeled as Reports.
Where did the Compliance and Engagement buttons go that were under the Practice Management Bridge logo?
You can now find those same links within the “waffle” icon.
Do you lose your place in the product when you toggle over to another product?
Where does the OSHA Injury form go/ is it stored once completed?
It will be stored and accessible just as it was in the old platform. There will be a list view where you can access any completed forms.
Will there be one place to view all patient information?
Not at this time, however, we are transforming into a more patient centric experience. Stay tuned!
Will Bridge Compliance (formerly OfficeSafe) training progress save when toggling between the other products?
There will be no changes to this behavior at this time. You will need to complete the training modules as you have always done for training to progress.
Enterprise: What will happen when a user clicks to ‘learn more’?
When a user clicks to learn more, they will be connected to a landing page with educational content about Practice Management Bridge products and what they offer. In some cases, a representative from Rectangle Health will reach out to the user to see if there are any questions, we can help answer. If that’s the case, a member from our Customer Success team will also be notified to be able to relay any messages from that account’s leadership and/or goals.
Enterprise: If my users have questions navigating the new user-interface, where do I point them?
Contact your Customer Success Manger for assistance.
Enterprise: Will Rectangle Health track how many users of specific Parent account are clicking/showing interest
