Eligible participants who submit a referral via the referral form located at https://www2.rectanglehealth.com/client_referral will receive their choice of one (1) $500.00 digital gift card from Amazon.com, Home Depot, Spa & Wellness, Airbnb, Stubhub, Topgolf, Target, Hotels.com, Best Buy, or Apple for each successful referral that results in a new customer sign up and activation for Bridge™ Payments. The total gift card amount is capped at $1,000.00 per participant. While there is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made, gift cards will no longer be issued once the maximum cumulative amount of $1,000.00 has been reached. 
 
Rectangle Health reserves the right to amend the program, these Terms and Conditions and/or the methods through which referrals are given, or to terminate the Program at any time, for any reason. 
 
The gift card recipient is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receipt and/or use of the gift card as well as reporting the receipt of the gift card as required under applicable federal and state laws. 
 
Rectangle Health is not responsible for and will not replace the gift card if it is lost or deleted, is not used within any applicable timeframe, or is misused by the recipient. Rectangle Health is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the recipient’s participation in the promotion or receipt or use of the gift card. Recipient agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rectangle Health from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to a recipient’s participation in the promotion and/or recipient’s acceptance, use or misuse of the gift card.
